Built in our own factory

Every new prefabricated unit and knock-down house sold on this site is assembled in our own factory — welding the steel frame, fitting the wall and roof panels, running the wiring, hanging the doors and windows, and the final finishing. That is why we can tell you at the enquiry stage whether a non-standard size or layout is possible, instead of passing the question on to someone else's plant.

届くまで何日かかりますか

新品は在庫があれば2〜3日、受注生産なら3〜7日です。現場での設置は1日で終わります。中古は点検と電気の整備をしてからお渡しします。

設置はどうなりますか

クレーンで現場に下ろし、設置は1日で終わります。床はユニットに付いているのでコンクリートを打つ必要はなく、平らな場所と、クレーン車が入れる進入路があれば置けます。

配送エリアと運賃は

タイ全土へ配送・設置します。運賃とクレーンでの荷降ろしは、現場までの距離で、決める前にお見積もりします。

購入価格に含まれるものは

鉄骨、PU フォーム断熱の壁と天井、床、電気配線、TOSTEM のドアと窓です。運賃とクレーンでの荷降ろしは含まれません。

電気と、エアコンを付ける位置はありますか

電気配線・コンセント・照明は工場で施工済みで、エアコンを取り付ける位置も用意してあります。

保証は何年ですか

構造の保証は最長5年です。

建築の許可は必要ですか

用途と地元の条例により、判断するのは地元の役所です。注文の前にご確認ください。申請が必要な場合、書類の作成を有料でお引き受けします。
