Good things should be affordable. What we mean by that —
Use good things and the cost for the person using them goes down: they break less, need fewer fixes and last longer, so they end up cheaper.
By "affordable" we mean a lower cost for the person who uses it. So we build in our own factory with our own hands, remove waste one item at a time, and set prices with a fair margin built in. We do not sell by simply pushing the price tag down.

Our work is very simple: be useful to people. That’s all.
However good a product is, if the price is out of reach, it isn’t truly useful. So we have always insisted on delivering good things at prices people can afford.
There is no secret to it. We sharpen our skills. We build a team of people who genuinely want to help. And we keep cutting costs in the places customers never see. Just those three things — no heroics. Everyone here simply faces the same direction: our customers’.
But we never cut prices blindly — that way, a company doesn’t survive. We sell affordably while staying profitable, because profit is what keeps the company going, funds new ideas, and pays for the next products — and what is left, we hand back to our customers through lower prices. It is by continuing to exist that we can keep being useful to our customers — for another ten, twenty years.
What we sell is not just the houses. It is trust. Inside the company we keep saying: don’t sell the product — sell trust. A warranty only means something while the company behind it still exists. If a problem ever arises, as long as we are here, we can take responsibility and make it right.
Our houses are not converted shipping containers. We weld a steel frame, then fit insulated sandwich panels of colour-coated steel — one unit at a time, to each customer’s needs. Panels, windows and doors can be rearranged freely, and units join together like jigsaw pieces — from a single office to facilities of dozens of connected units.
A difference in price is not a difference in quality — it is a difference in purpose. For hard service on job sites, choose the heavy-duty Work House (WH). If single-storey is all you need, the streamlined P House (PH) gives you more for less. In price and in engineering, we follow what our customers need — as far as we possibly can.
Of course, there are limits. But we believe that pushing against those limits, again and again, is exactly what “being useful” means. After all — isn’t that what our customers want?

The Ministry of Industry has launched a project to reduce and phase out activities that deplete Thailand’s ozone layer. As Thailand has ratified the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer, it is necessary to phase out the use of Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) by air conditioning manufacturers and the foam industry producing various types of insulating foam products. Therefore, SBT Worldwide Products Co., Ltd. has cooperated with the Ministry of Industry to express its commitment to reducing and eliminating activities that deplete the ozone layer in Thailand, effective 12 July 2013.
