We use PU FOAM (polyurethane foam) sandwich panels for both walls and roof PU foam offers excellent heat insulation and energy savings, is fire-retardant and antibacterial, and is strong and impact-resistant without sagging. Combined with metal sheet or sandwich panels it forms an exceptionally sturdy wall for heavy use.

How many types are there, what sizes, and how large can they be?
Our office containers come in three main models — KO, PH and WH — starting from 3 × 3 m. For larger spaces we join two or more units and build to the customer's design.
What are the prices, and which model fits my budget?
Prices start at 54,900 baht per unit for the mini model; the PH economy structure from 119,000 baht per unit; and the WH large structure (stackable to two storeys) from 165,000 baht per unit.
How should the site be prepared?
For a single-storey unit, simply compact the soil or pour a concrete slab over the required area.
For two-storey stacking, additional piling may be needed to prevent settlement.

By "affordable" we mean a lower cost for the person who uses it. So we build in our own factory with our own hands, remove waste one item at a time, and set prices with a fair margin built in. We do not sell by simply pushing the price tag down.
