Office unit — WL knock-down series, two units joined into one 36 m² room

Two WL knock-down units are joined and the dividing wall opened up, giving an overall 6.00 x 6.00 x 2.69 m building that is one 36 m² room with only a column left at the joint. Desks run straight across the floor, unlike two separate units which give you two small rooms.

36 m² is the size most often used for site offices, project offices, drawing rooms and small meeting rooms — comfortable for several people at once, and still one truckload per unit to move.

The unit in the photos is a delivered job standing at a construction site. It sets straight down on bare ground with no foundation, resting on load-spreading bearers, and can be lifted and moved to the next site when the project ends.
