Four WL units are joined to give an overall 6.00 x 12.00 x 2.69 m house with 72 m² of floor space divided into four rooms. This one is fully fitted out with services installed, so it is ready to live in as soon as it is set down — no further finishing work.

It suits resorts, holiday houses, homestays and second homes: it goes up far faster than conventional construction, and because the price already includes the interior fit-out, the budget is known from day one with no cost creep along the way.
